Providing Expert, Personalized Services In The Construction Industry Since 1981.

A Notice of Right to a Lien establishes the legal right of a contractor that provides products or services which improves the value of real property (who is not in a direct contractual relationship with the property owner) to file a Construction Lien against the title of that property.  If necessary, it also allows for a foreclosure suit to recover the value of the products or services that were provided.
